Event Details:   ·          Join us Sunday August 14 th at Henley Island, Port Dalhousie (St. Catharines) for a bike ...ride through Niagara’s beautiful wine country to raise critical funds for heart and stroke research in support of the HSFO   ·          The event starts & finishes at Henley Island   Fully supported routes from 30 KM to 160 KM   Group Start Times:   160km - 8:00am   100km – 9:00am   60km -10:00am   30km – 11:00am   ·          A wholesome meal will be provided after the ride (closes at 6pm)     Registration:   ·          Registration fee is $35/person before July 29 th , $40/person thereafter until August 14 th Registration Fees: (registration fees are non taxable & non refundable)   ·          Cyclists are encouraged to raise $50 in pledges, fundraising prizes are determined by amount raised   ·          To register and fundraise online, www.fitforheart.ca and click register online, search event “pedal”   ·          To register by phone, call the Niagara office (905) 938-8800                                                                         Mission Messaging:   ·          Your pledge-raising allows the Foundation to continue funding research, health education, and advocacy which is improving the lives of Canadians.   ·          Fundraising dollars are critical and ensure life-saving heart disease and stroke research   ·          Help fund life-saving heart & stroke research.
